Casa Pagoda – Terms & Conditions

Casa Pagoda offers a curated selection of furniture and home accessories, available for delivery within Thailand.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email within 48 hours. Full payment is required at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Kasikorn Bank (K-Payment). Casa Pagoda reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

Pricing & Delivery

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Complimentary delivery is offered on orders above THB 50,000; delivery fees apply below this amount. Estimated delivery is within two weeks, subject to product availability.

Returns

For change-of-mind purchases, store credit is offered when items are returned within 7 days in unused, original condition. Custom-made and pre-ordered pieces are not eligible for return.

Damaged Items

All shipments are fully insured. Any delivery damage should be reported promptly for resolution.These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
